When placing your order, you will be asked to select the mattress shape that best matches your sleep space. Our shape guide includes the following options:

Simply choose the shape that most closely matches the base where the mattress will sit.
If your mattress shape is not shown in the guide, please select “Unique.” After your order is placed, our team will contact you by email to request a paper template of the sleep space so we can manufacture the mattress accurately.

For some custom-made mattresses, particularly unusual shapes, we may also request a posted paper template to ensure the best possible fit. If this is required, we will contact you within 1–2 working days of your order with full instructions.

Yes, we can manufacture mattresses in many unique and custom shapes.

If your bed or sleep space is not a standard rectangle, we can often create a mattress to suit. The easiest way to do this is by providing a paper template of the space. Once your order has been placed, you can send the template to us and our team will manufacture the mattress based on those exact outlines.

We recommend drawing around the base or sleep area on paper and clearly marking the dimensions to help ensure the best possible fit.

If you are unsure whether your shape can be made, our team will be very happy to take a look and guide you before you place your order.

All of our custom-made mattresses are handcrafted here in England to order. Once your order has been placed, production and delivery typically takes up to 7-10 working days.

As each mattress is made specifically to your measurements, this timeframe allows our team to carefully manufacture, finish, and dispatch your order to ensure the highest quality.

During particularly busy periods, delivery times may vary slightly via third party couriers, but we will always keep you updated on the progress of your order via tracking information provided.

We manufacture bespoke mattresses to the nearest centimetre. Unfortunately, we cannot produce mattresses to very specific increments such as 78.66 cm x 46.45 cm.

To place your order, please measure the space and round up to the nearest centimetre to ensure the mattress fits snugly.

If your space has an unusual shape or you would like greater accuracy, we can also work from a paper template. Simply place your order first, then send us a paper template of the space and we will manufacture the mattress based on that template to help achieve the best possible fit.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of custom mattresses or custom-made bedding since they are specifically made to your provided dimensions. Therefore, please ensure that you have entered the correct dimensions before placing your order.

British Safety Standards determine the depth of our mattresses, so we are restricted by depth. There are several serious safety concerns surrounding a mattress that is too deep for the sleep space.

Here’s a simple depth guide to help understand the depths of each of our mattress types:

• Moses basket: 3-4cm
• Crib & travel cot: 5cm
• Cot, Cot Bed, Large Cot Bed, Junior Single: 10cm up to 12cm.
  

The travel cot mattress is designed with a centre fold and includes a convenient storage bag. This allows you to fold the travel cot mattress in half and store it inside the bag, making it ideal for traveling and easy storage.


You can only select the mattress type which is suitable for your mattress dimensions.

Please get in touch with us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will be happy to correct the dimensions of your order as long as it has not yet gone into production. Once production has begun, we regret that we will not be able to change any of the dimensions due to materials being cut specifically for your order.

Our mattresses are guaranteed up to 8 stone in weight. As per strict safety certifications we adhere to, all of our mattresses are built to be suitable and safe for newborn babies, toddlers, children, and beyond.
