"Originally, I purchased 2 'design your own mattresses' which arrived on time and produced with excellent quality. At the same time, the 2 'design your own protectors' arrived, but proved to be too big and not to the specifications I had ordered. This was disappointing, as the quality of the mattresses was excellent and we wanted to use them, but without the protectors we didn't want to for fear of damaging the actual mattresses. Enter Jessica King of The Tiny Bed Company customer services team. She immediately took action when I contacted her about the protectors not being made to the specifications I'd supplied. She asked for photographic evidence of the error and then worked to get new covers produced and sent out to me as soon as possible. She was responsive, sympathetic and efficient in her management of a disappointing situation and resolved it with great efficiency and excellent customer service. I would not hesitate to use The Tiny Bed Company again given this rare, but excellent customer services response."
