All our mattresses are "made to order" and dispatched within 7-10 working days from ordering. We can ship to virtually any UK address. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping type you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

When purchasing a The Tiny Bed Company Mattress your products are automatically protected by a full 2 Year guarantee against manufacturing faults.

The warranty is activated from the date of receiving your successful order, giving you full peace of mind with your new purchase.

Our manufacturers guarantee covers: All manufacturing defects in the construction of each mattress. All manufacturing defects in materials used in the construction of each mattress.

HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM

Retail Purchase - If you purchased from one of our network of trusted retailers, then please contact them to discuss your claim.

Direct Purchase - If you purchased directly from us, via our online store, related websites or online sales portals, such as Amazon, Etsy, Wayfair, Notonthehighstreet please contact us directly at warranty@thetinybedcompany.com

Our Manufacturing guarantee does not cover:

* Damage caused by normal wear and tear.

* Accidental or intentional damage, abuse or neglect.

* Improper storage and care of the product.

* If purchased second hand or from an unauthorised reseller.

* When the product has not been used for normal use.

Courier damage: check carefully your mattress upon delivery by the courier and submit the claim directly to them.
