Retail Purchase - If you purchased from one of our network of trusted retailers, then please contact them to discuss your claim.

Direct Purchase - If you purchased directly from us, via our online store, related websites or online sales portals, such as Amazon, Etsy, Notonthehighstreet please contact us directly at hello@thetinybedcompany.com

Our Manufacturing warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by normal wear and tear.

• Accidental or intentional damage, abuse or neglect.

• Improper storage and care of the product.

• If purchased second hand or from an unauthorised reseller.

• When the product has not been used for normal use

• Courier damage: check carefully your "The Tiny Bed Company" mattress upon delivery by the courier and submit the claim directly to them.
