Tell Us Everything - Terms and Conditions

Promoter: Tiny Bed Online Limited, company number 17295356, registered office 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, England, W1W 5PF ("Tiny Bed", "we", "us").

Promotion: "Tell Us Everything" — a free prize draw and promotional offer open to existing Tiny Bed customers.

Opening date: 1 August 2026, 00:01 BST Closing date: 15 August 2026, 23:59 BST

1. Eligibility

1.1 The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over who have previously placed an order with The Tiny Bed Company and who are on our existing customer mailing list. It is not open to the general public and entry is by invitation only.

1.2 Employees of Tiny Bed, their immediate families, agents, and anyone professionally connected with the Promotion are not eligible to enter.

1.3 Entrants must enter using the name and email address associated with their Tiny Bed customer account or previous order. We may refuse or disqualify an entry where the details given do not match our customer records.

1.4 One entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. Where duplicates are identified, the earliest complete entry will stand.

2. How to enter

2.1 No purchase is necessary and entry is free. But only eligible for past customers. Entry is by completing and submitting the online form at the link provided by email before the closing date.

2.2 An entry is valid only where the form has been submitted in full and the entrant has ticked the box confirming entry into the prize draw.

2.3 Entries that are incomplete, illegible, submitted after the closing date, or submitted by automated means, bulk entry or third parties will be disqualified.

2.4 We accept no responsibility for entries not received, delayed or corrupted for any reason, including technical failure or internet connectivity.

2.5 Entrants are responsible for any costs they incur in entering, such as internet access charges.

3. The prizes

3.1 A total prize fund of £3,000 in Tiny Bed store credit will be awarded across 26 winners:

3.2 Store credit may be redeemed against any product on thetinybedcompany.com, subject to availability.

3.3 There is no cash alternative and prizes are not exchangeable or refundable.

3.4 Store credit is valid for six months from the date of issue and expires thereafter. It may not be used to purchase gift cards or store credit.

3.5 Store credit is transferable. The original winner remains responsible for how it is used once transferred.

3.6 Where the full credit is not used in a single order, the remaining balance stays on the account until expiry.

3.7 We reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make this necessary.

4. The draw

4.1 Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the closing date, by a computerised random selection process operated under independent supervision.

4.2 The draw will take place on or around 17 August 2026, or, if the closing date is extended under clause 8, within 7 days of the extended closing date.

4.3 Winners will be notified by email to the address given on entry within 7 days of the draw.

4.4 Winners must confirm acceptance within 14 days of notification. If a winner does not respond within that period, cannot be contacted, or is found to be ineligible, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.

4.5 The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

4.6 The surname and county of each winner will be made available for eight weeks after the closing date by writing to the Promoter at the registered office address above. Entrants may object to their surname and county being published by contacting us; in that case we will supply this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

5. 15% discount

5.1 Every entrant who submits a complete form will receive a 15% discount code for use on their next order at thetinybedcompany.com.

5.2 The code will be issued by email to the address given on entry by 20 August 2026. If the closing date is extended under clause 8, codes for entries received after 15 August 2026 will be issued within 7 days of the extended closing date.

5.3 The code is single-use, valid for six months from issue, and is personal to the entrant. It is bound to the customer account and email address used to enter and may not be sold, transferred or published.

5.4 The code cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or promotional code, and does not apply to gift cards, store credit or delivery charges.

5.5 We reserve the right to exclude specific products from the discount and to cancel any code we reasonably believe has been obtained or used improperly.

5.6 The discount code, entry into the prize draw and Founding Member status are issued together on submission of a complete form.

6. Tiny Bed Club and Founding Member status

6.1 Founding Member status is a designation given to entrants who complete the form during the Promotion period and opt in. It is free and carries no purchase obligation.

6.2 The Tiny Bed Club is in development. Benefits described are indicative and may change. We will confirm the benefits available to Founding Members in due course.

6.3 Founding Member status confers no cash value, cannot be exchanged, and may be withdrawn where an account is closed or these terms are breached.

6.4 Founding Member enrolment closes at 23:59 BST on 15 August 2026, or on any extended closing date under clause 8.

7. Product testing and content opt-ins

7.1 Indicating an interest in product testing or in creating content does not guarantee selection. We will contact selected participants separately and any arrangement will be subject to separate terms agreed at that time.

7.2 Where products are supplied for testing, ownership passes to the participant unless we say otherwise in writing at the time.

8. Changes, extension and cancellation

8.1 We reserve the right to extend the closing date by up to two weeks, to no later than 31 August 2026. If the Promotion is extended:

(a) the revised closing date will be published on the entry form and notified by email to those invited to enter;

(b) all dates in these terms that are calculated by reference to the closing date will move accordingly, including the date of the draw (clause 4.2), the period during which winner details are available (clause 4.6), the issue of discount codes (clause 5.2), and the close of Founding Member enrolment (clause 6.4);

(c) all entries received during the extended period will be treated on exactly the same terms as entries received during the original period, with the same prizes, the same discount and the same Founding Member status; and

(d) the total prize fund will remain £3,000 across 26 winners and will not increase. Entries received during the original period remain valid and will be included in the draw.

8.2 We reserve the right to amend these terms, or to suspend, cancel or withdraw the Promotion, where necessary for reasons outside our reasonable control. We will not do so in a way that unfairly prejudices entrants who have already entered.

8.3 If the Promotion cannot be run as planned because of technical failure, tampering, fraud, or any other cause beyond our reasonable control, we reserve the right to cancel, modify or suspend it and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.

9. Data protection

9.1 Tiny Bed Online Limited is the data controller for personal data collected through the Promotion.

9.2 We will process the personal data provided in order to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, issue discount codes and contact winners. We will also use the responses to understand our customer base, develop products, and tailor the products, offers and communications we show each customer.

9.3 The lawful basis for processing entry and prize administration data is our legitimate interests in running the Promotion, understanding our customer base and improving our products and services, and the performance of a contract where a prize or discount code is awarded.

9.3a Entrants are existing customers who are already subscribed to our marketing communications. No new marketing consent is collected through this Promotion, and marketing continues on the basis previously agreed. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time.

9.4 Where an entrant chooses to provide information about children in their household, that information is provided voluntarily by the parent or guardian and will be used only to tailor product recommendations and communications to the entrant. Entrants may skip these questions.

9.5 Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us. Unsubscribing does not affect an existing prize draw entry, an issued discount code, or Founding Member status.

9.6 Personal data will be retained for as long as necessary for the purposes set out above and in line with our retention policy. Data relating to the draw will be retained for a minimum of eight weeks after the closing date in order to meet our obligations under clause 4.6.

9.7 Full details of how we handle personal data, and of entrants' rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, are set out in our Privacy Policy at thetinybedcompany.com/privacy. Entrants have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

10. General

10.1 By entering, entrants confirm they accept these terms and conditions.

10.2 Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance of a prize.

10.3 The Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform.

10.4 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
