Our 2-Year Warranty

When purchasing a The Tiny Bed Company product, your purchase is automatically protected by a full two-year warranty against manufacturing faults.

The warranty is activated from the date of receiving your order, giving you full peace of mind with your new purchase.

Our Manufacturer's Warranty Covers:

  • All manufacturing defects in the construction of each product, covering defective workmanship.
  • All manufacturing defects in materials used in the construction of each product.

How to Make a Claim

Retail Purchase - If you purchased from one of our network of trusted retailers, please contact them directly to discuss your claim.

Direct Purchase - If you purchased directly from us via our online store, related websites, or online sales portals such as Amazon, B&Q, Superdrug, Debenhams, Rackhams, Wayfair or Brand Alley, please contact us directly at hello@thetinybedcompany.com

What We Need From You

To process your warranty claim, please contact our team within a reasonable time of discovering the issue and include:

  • Your name and address
  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the item showing the manufacturing fault
  • A brief description of the issue

All returned items will be inspected by our team to assess and confirm the fault.

Assessment and Resolution

All warranty claims will be assessed by the manufacturing management team who produced the item, they will determine whether a manufacturing fault, defect in craftmanship or material fault exists. The final decision on whether an issue constitutes a manufacturing fault rests with our team.

If a manufacturing fault is confirmed by our team, we will arrange a like-for-like replacement of the item. Please note that refunds are not offered under this warranty - our resolution will always be to provide a replacement of the same specification.

Our Manufacturing Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Personal comfort preferences or dissatisfaction with the feel or firmness of a mattress (comfort preference is subjective and not a manufacturing fault)
  • Damage caused by normal wear and tear
  • Accidental or intentional damage, abuse, or neglect
  • Improper storage and care of the product
  • Products purchased second-hand or from an unauthorised reseller
  • Products not used for their intended normal use
  • Naturally occurring odours from materials (such as natural materials in our mattresses)
  • Courier damage during transit - please check your The Tiny Bed Company product carefully upon delivery by the courier and submit any transit damage claims directly to us and the third-party courier within 24 hours of receipt.

Important Notes

  • Comfort preference is not a fault: This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. Personal preferences regarding comfort, feel, or firmness are subjective and do not constitute a manufacturing fault.
  • Returns vs Warranty: Please note the difference between our 14-day returns policy (which requires items to be unopened and unused) and this 2-year warranty (which covers manufacturing faults on products in use). Once a product has been opened and used, it cannot be returned under our standard returns policy due to the nature of our products and the importance of safety and hygiene. However, all products remain covered by this warranty for genuine manufacturing faults as assessed by our team.
  • All custom-made products, including 'Build Your Own' mattresses and 'Design Your Own' mattress protectors & fitted sheets, are covered by this warranty for manufacturing faults only.
  • This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
