We understand that not all cribs, cots & beds are a simple ‘one size fits all’. Our team of highly skilled British craftspeople are here to expertly design & build your very own bespoke mattress that is tailored to your exact size requirements and specifications.

Please ensure the measurements & shape you provide to us are correct before placing your order, as we do not accept any returns for custom-made mattresses. Accurately measure the interior length & the width of the solid base. The mattress must be a snug fit & absolutely no smaller than 3 cm of these measurements.

From time to time we may ask you to post a paper template to us of the sleep space, especially if it is a unique shape. Should we need to we will be in touch with you via email within 1-2 days of ordering to request this.

In the unlikely event of any manufacturing defects or issues, each of our products is covered by our two-year manufacturer warranty. This mattress is guaranteed up to 8 stone in body weight.

We are dedicated to building our mattresses to specifications that comply with the rigorous requirements of BS 1877 Part 10 for safety & performance and BS 7177 for flammability without the use of any antimony, phosphorus or arsenic based fire-retardant treatments.

Step 1

Step 2

Once on the product page, you will encounter various options to select. The initial option is the mattress type, where you must choose your model and required dimensions. Each mattress type is priced differently, reflecting its size.

Step 3

Enter the required length (ensure accuracy, as each mattress is crafted by hand to these measurements).

Step 4

Enter the required width (ensure accuracy, as each mattress is crafted by hand to these measurements).

Step 5

Choose the filling you prefer by referring to our filling guide, considering the benefits of each. Each filling is priced slightly differently.

Step 6

Choose your mattress shape. If "unique" is selected, we'll email you for additional details and images before processing your order.

Step 7

Choose to include a tailor-made waterproof mattress protector with your purchase.

Step 8

Provide the brand or model name of the sleep space, along with any relevant details on size or shape.

The full cost is shown at the bottom. UK delivery is free for orders exceeding £75.00.

FAQs

Can I return my custom mattress?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of custom mattresses or custom-made bedding since they are specifically made to your provided dimensions. Therefore, please ensure that you have entered the correct dimensions before placing your order.

Why can’t I change the depth of my custom-made mattress?

British Safety Standards determine the depth of our mattresses, so we are restricted by depth. There are several serious safety concerns surrounding a mattress that is too deep for the sleep space, which can lead to injury or Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS).

Here’s a simple depth guide to help understand the depths of each of our mattress types:

Moses basket: 3-4cm
Crib & travel cot: 5cm
Cot, Cot Bed, Large Cot Bed, Junior Single: 10cm up to 12cm.

What is the difference between your travel cot mattress and crib mattress?

The travel cot mattress is designed with a centre fold and includes a convenient storage bag. This allows you to fold the travel cot mattress in half and store it inside the bag, making it ideal for traveling and easy storage. 

Why can’t I select a larger type mattress for my dimensions?

You can only select the mattress type which is suitable for your mattress dimensions.

Help! I ordered the wrong size, can I change my order?

Please get in touch with us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will be happy to correct the dimensions of your order as long as it has not yet gone into production. Once production has begun, we regret that we will not be able to change any of the dimensions due to materials being cut specifically for your order.

What age group can use your mattresses?

All our mattresses are manufactured with materials and fillings specifically designed and tested for babies, toddlers, and young children in the nursery industry.

Our mattresses are guaranteed up to 8 stone in weight. As per strict safety certifications we adhere to, all of our mattresses are built to be suitable and safe for newborn babies, toddlers, children, and beyond.

Can adults use your mattresses?

Our mattresses are guaranteed up to 8 stone in weight. While adults can use them occasionally, our mattresses are primarily designed and intended for babies, toddlers, and young children. Some customers also use our 'build your own' service for campervans, caravans, and yachts.

I want a mattress size larger than L:190cm x W: 90cm, how can I order?

As a nursery brand specializing in mattresses for babies, toddlers, and children, we're unable to produce any mattresses larger than 190cm x 90cm.
