We know that you with love your new Tiny Bed Company mattress, we are so confident that we offer a “no quibble” 40-night Sleep Guarantee.  After the first 30 nights fair trial, if your child still isn’t happy with their new mattress, we will collect it free of charge within the 40-night trial period and provide you with a replacement model. Simply drop us an email at hello@thetinybedcompany.com, provide us with some feedback and we will arrange a time for collection.

1) As a goodwill gesture, we confirm your right to activate your 40-Night Sleep Guarantee of your Tiny Bed Company mattress for any reason between the 30th and 40th day of the fair trial period.

2) The period to notify us of a return expires at 23.59 on the 40th day from the date the mattress was delivered to you.

3) Upon receiving your mattress return in acceptable condition, we will agree to exchange the returned mattress for a new mattress model chosen by you. If your chosen replacement mattress is lower in cost, we will refund you the excess amount against your original order value. If the chosen replacement mattress is higher in cost than your original order value, we will request that you provide us with the difference in amounts prior to dispatching your replacement mattress. We do not offer full refunds as part of this 40-Night Sleep Guarantee.

4) The rights to the 40 Night Sleep Guarantee can only be applied once per customer / per order and does not apply to multiple mattresses purchased at any one time. Upon the return of your first mattress, no further guarantees will be transferred to the replacement mattress and thereafter.

5) The 40 Night Sleep Guarantee is offered based on goodwill and, as such, we reserve the right to refuse to honour the 40 Night Sleep Guarantee without prior notice in circumstances we see fit, including, but not limited to:

(i) where you are associated with a mattress manufacturer or similar business / brand.

(ii) where there is evidence that the mattress is damaged due to negligence, wilful damage, neglect or otherwise; or

(iii) where The Tiny Bed Company suspects any dishonesty, misrepresentation, or misconduct by the customer.

6) The 40 Night Sleep Guarantee is only available for new mattress purchases, either directly through our website or own retail outlets.
