Refund policy

We hope you are delighted with your purchase for your tiny one.

However, if not you can start a return by contacting our helpful team at hello@thetinybedcompany.com - Please provide your order information & reason for return on the email. If your return is accepted, we’ll email instructions to you on how and where to send your package. 

Return eligibility
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to get in touch with us & request a return for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; unopened, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original clear packaging. We may reserve the right to refuse a refund should the returned item not meet this criteria. 

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, so that we can identify the returned parcel is yours. 

The cost of returns will be at the sole responsibility of the purchaser, other than those being returned to us due to a manufacturing issue or fault. We recommend a signed for service as we do not accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit. Please keep hold of your tracking information in case we need it for an investigation.

Please note that the head office address mentioned on our website is not our returns address, please only return items to the correct warehouse facility sent to you by one of our team. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages, faults and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable & refundable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned and cannot be refunded.

We do not accept any returns or refunds for ALL custom made products, that includes any 'build your own' mattresses and 'design your own' mattress protectors & fitted sheets.
Please note that once we receive your custom made order & it has gone into production, we cannot cancel or change the order. Before ordering a custom-made product, we kindly ask that you ensure all dimensions & details are correct. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We do not offer exchanges.

Refunds
We will notify you by email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, minus any return shipping costs (if applicable). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Returns are refunded in the original payment form. We do not offer exchanges.
